I believe "Nowell"  is the English spelling..... I agree that it seems to be much more prominent now than it was in the past... We always knew it as "Noel".....I will try to find more information on the topic....KJF'66.

I guess we should track down Delaney and ask him if his name has been change to Nowell too.

Already 4 inches of the white stuff on the ground - snow day #1.  Using one of my 106.25 sick days.

Russell.... A Christmas Eve get togther????... You must be kidding.... Christmas Eve is a Monday this year... I might very well have one or two Funerals in the morning... Then I have a Mass at 4 PM, 6 PM, Choir Concert at 11PM and Mass at Midnight.... Christmas Day I have Masses at 9 AM, 10:30AM and Noon.....The last thing I will think of is Donovans- at least on December 24th and 25th.......KJF'66.

Well, it was more like a Christmas Wish on my part.
I don't think it would have happened.
I could imagine we would have been "invited" to leave when RJ and John start arguing in the dining room.
