Shannon, you are certainly not deserving of the title of Mister, I reserve it only for those who do. Former Teachers and respected elders are about it. Believe it or not, Kerins actually has my respect. He goes to great lengths in putting forth his viewpoints and then stands in to defend them. I won't even play to your ego by calling you mister sarcastically. But, I thank you for your attempt at believing that your being from an upper class, makes you upper class. The only class I'm a member of, is the working class. Blue collar, red neck and all. I bet you look so continental, sipping your soup from a spoon with your pinky sticking out to the side! Even with the opportunity to edit your post, you still manage to spell words wrong and your punctuation's wrong too. I guess you must not have had the good Brother for English Classes. Colorado is the perfect place for you, lofty and thin aired as it is. I'm sure the natives would appreciate your hot air to help melt the snows.

Bobby, Bobby, Bobby...chill dude, don't take everything so personally...a little teehee is good for the soul...and Bob, we stick our pinky finger out when we sip tea (we always did that in the Woodside Projects, especially during rock fights with the delinquents from the Boulevard Gardens), not soup...but you should know, when it comes to soup, always move the spoon away, not towards, you don't want to get your chicken noodle on your good shirt. And don't slurp, noodles on the van dyke are a dead giveaway that you are a '75...
So lets review:
suck in your gut
tuck in your shirt
chuck in a salad
now, now, don't say f$%&, it's not becoming of a gentleman.

Oh, Johnny! My tea usually comes with a shot of good whiskey (Tullamore Dew is a favorite) and in a mug which one grips. Soup is usually a little thicker and often referred to as chili, the hotter the better. After wearing a uniform all week, I dress any way I please on my time, much to the wife's dismay on occassion. And, if you were following along at any previous time, you'd be aware that I graduated in '74. Thus, I have no need to be chilling or defensive. It seems I'm involved in a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent!
Also, I never take things personally. It wouldn't be a good thing to do in my line of work and if I did, I may as well be selling tokens somewhere!

DOWN RUSS, sit, stay, good boy. I figured you to jump on this one. I'd guess many of us know the subway token is just a souvenier these days. However, the TBTA still uses them I believe. Anyone know for sure?

When people ask me what to do with their old tokens, I'd tell them to take it down to a fountain, Make a wish and toss them in. They can't do much more than that.

Today is the 40th anniversary of "Humanae Vitae" if you never read it.
Also, I can highly recommend Pope John Paul II "Theology of the Body" written as a defense of this encyclical. Good stuff.
